ugh. monday mornings are usually good for me because...well, there're sorta like fresh starts. as yet, i haven't started on the assignment yet, and...well, i feel the urge to do it. so...i should. anyway, han seng picked me up and we went to deliver some forms that needed lina's signature. funny, though, because: 1) they were the wrong forms, and 2) we got scolded for it. i guess my line of "i'm not the secretary, i just deliver stuff" didn't go down all that well with her. it's a learning experience, i guess. so what we really needed was a list of planned activities for the whole year, plus...well, maintenance forms [for the reservation of selling space].

and the ang pow filling thing that was meant to take place today [where i'd get to show my newfound prowess in hospitality] was cancelled...apparently, filling up ang pows with sweets is something that they do in funerals. mmm.

oh, well. two more days til chinese new year.
