some sequels are on par with their predecessors, if not outdoing them...others are just plain crap. last night was a marathon run of sequels. two, namely resident evil: apocalypse and the bourne supremacy. resident evil was alright, though it paled in comparison with the original. the bourne supremacy was well done, if not a bit too slow at some bits. oh, and to spoit it for everyone: marie dies within the first twenty minutes of the movie. i'm sorry, but they could've used franka potente a lot more. i miss her. thank goodness for run lola run.

aside from that, this weekend is just a killer. got to pay money to the guy who's helping us with the taman negara trip. my happy outlook on the whole thing has gone sour because we've only gotten a little over half of our target. which means that we've got to pay for some empty seats on the bus, not to mention the fact that we can't recoup our losses that quickly. it's amazing to see your hard-earned money fly so fast.

i've got my hrm 210 assignment to complete. if 6 accumulated hours in the library could produce 17 references, imagine what 6 and a half hours could do. shit. i'm screwed.

onward ho to sunday.
