bone in pants/hand on bone.
years of smoking and binging have taken their toll on me. from now on, i really shall try my best not to smoke and not to eat needlessly. really. either that, or i'll go back to bukit gasing once a month to go through the route. that would make my RM 5 go a long way, no?
in hindsight, i don't really understand why it's labelled as a race. it's not exactly the safest place to run through. and it's dirty as hell. some of the first-timers today were totally disillusioned...they assumed that they were meant to walk through the bukit gasing neighbourhood.
we didn't stick around for the prize-giving ceremony. we headed back to lionel's, where i felt the joy of dipping my feet into a pool. add good company and a breathtaking view along with it and the world seems to move by very slowly.
bliss.
for those of you staying in the taman tun/dj/du vicinity, try restoran muhibbah seafood. aside from the silly name, its fried rice with salted fish is brilliant, as well as the fried sotong (its even acknowledged as "everyone's favourite" in the menu). if you know where the maybank in ttdi is, just drive up all the way along the main road. it's near the end of the road (it occupies 3 shoplots), and it's directly opposite the condos.
