filming started at 3 a.m. at the pedestrian walkway at sri hartamas. it was basically a few shots of sazman chasing me across the walkway filmed at various angles. the wonders of digitalization. to my own credit, i ran like hell. though in reality, he'd most definitely win the race. what was shocking was the walkway itself: despite looking sturdy, it shook under our running. the iron supports shook, trembled and shuddered their way through.

we also did a savage fight scene of sorts at the park in bangkung. rolling around in the mud in at 5 a.m. isn't as exciting as it's made out to be. but the action...the action's all there. my left knee's slightly sore and my adidas' are stained. boofuckinhoo. and i need to shower badly. i'm a mangly mess.

but it's alright. i'm an action star.

this infiltrator will be even better than the last. we've got a better camera, a plot, dialogue, visual nuances, and we might even fit in a chase scene with decent, fast cars (though a lot depends on how the tentative scene will be shot). we've got a bigger budget of sorts. and it feels good.

though i'd love to be in a short film that has snappy dialogue and talks about the travesty that life is. it'd have a lot of smoking in it, a lot of guys would be bitching and it'd have at least one somewhat attractive girl to make it look better.
