"the craze begins"

i'm not going to totally document changes that are about to take place in my house, but here's a basic list of things to do so far.

1) install a backwash filter for the main pipes, and a new water filter for drinking water
2) install new piping for the house, especially the kitchen and older toilets
3) install a solar energy conservation system
4) dvd player (??)
5) extending the balcony area of my house, creating a canopy

we dumped two of my gramp's old beds, and two sofas. quite a motherload, but it was alright. the living room downstairs is quite barren now...kinda awesome. hopefully i can convert his room downstairs into some kinda fullblown...um...foozroom, complete with air-conditioning, pc w/ broadband [i hope i get that bill paid], ps2 and tv, and sound system. even if there is a living room with all that outside [kinda defeats the purpose, but i always wanted my own shit somewhere].

we'll see.

la la la...i know that none of this might be working out my way, but i've gotta try.
